Methylenedioxyhydroxyethylamphetamine

MDHOET, also known as 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-hydroxyethylamphetamine, is a lesser-known drug and a substituted amphetamine.^[1] It is also the N-hydroxyethyl analogue of MDA.^[1] MDHOET was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin.^[1] In his book PiHKAL (Phenethylamines i Have Known And Loved), the minimum dose is listed as 50 mg.^[1] MDHOET produces few to no effects.^[1] Very little data exists about the pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, effects, and toxicity of MDHOET.^[1]
