MDHOET, also known as 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-hydroxyethylamphetamine, is a lesser-known drug and a substituted amphetamine.[1] It is also the N-hydroxyethyl analogue of MDA.[1] MDHOET was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin.[1] In his book PiHKAL (Phenethylamines i Have Known And Loved), the minimum dose is listed as 50 mg.[1] MDHOET produces few to no effects.[1] Very little data exists about the pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, effects, and toxicity of MDHOET.[1]
