Miconia ascendens

Miconia ascendens is a species of plant in the family Melastomataceae. It is a shrub, vine, or liana endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.^[1]
