Minister for the Constitution and European Union Relations

Not to be confused with Minister without portfolio (United Kingdom), Secretary of State for Constitutional Affairs, or Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union.

The office of the minister for the constitution and European Union relations, previously known as minister of state without portfolio and sometimes the constitution minister, is a ministerial role in the Government of the United Kingdom.^[3] The current postholder since 8 July 2024 is Nick Thomas-Symonds, who also serves as Paymaster General and Minister for the Cabinet Office.
