Mohammed Adams (born 11 November 2000) is a Ghanaian professional football defender for Israeli club Hapoel Ramat Gan.

Club career
Adams made his senior debut in his native Ghana with Liberty Professionals in top-tier Ghana Premier League in 2020.
In February 2021, Adams signed with Honka in Finnish Veikkausliiga.[1] On 4 March, he was loaned out to RoPS in second-tier Ykkönen for the 2021 season.[2] He returned to Honka and made his Veikkausliiga debut in the 2022 season,[3] before in July he was loaned out to Liga Portugal 2 club Sporting da Covilhã for the 2022–23 season.[4] After the season, he signed a permanent contract with Covilhã.
For the 2024–25 season, Adams moved to Israel and signed with Hapoel Ramat Gan in the second-tier Liga Leumit.
