Natural High (Chinese: 现在就出发) is a Chinese outdoor reality show started in 2023. The shows regular members are Shen Teng, Bai Jingting, Gina Jin and Jia Bing.[1] The show showcases natural landscapes through outdoor adventures, highlighting local culture to promote tourism.[2] Celebrities travel the country, completing tasks, enjoying games and experiencing a simple lifestyle.[3] Each episode comprises two segments. The success of the show led to its sequel.[4][5] In 2025, it ranked 1st in the 'Most Popular Chinese Variety Shows' category.[6]
