Neptunium(IV) nitrate

Synthesis

Addition of dilute nitric acid to freshly prepared neptunium(IV) hydroxide:^[6][7]

Np(OH)₄ + 4 HNO₃ → Np(NO₃)₄ + 4 H₂O
