Neysa (also known as Neysa Networks) is an Indian technology startup that provides a cloud platform for AI acceleration and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure services for enterprises developing generative AI (GenAI) and other AI applications.[1] The company was founded in 2023 by Sharad Sanghi,[2] the former CEO of NTT India, and Anindya Das.[3]

Neysa's core offerings include managed GPU cloud[4] and MLOps services, autonomous network monitoring, and AI security solutions.[5] The company gained significant media attention after raising $20 million[6] in a seed funding round in February 2024, followed by a $30 million[7] round in October 2024, bringing its total funding to $50 million.[8]

History
Neysa was founded in late 2023 by Sharad Sanghi and Anindya Das. Sanghi is a notable figure in the Indian data center[9] and cloud industry, having founded Netmagic Solutions,[10] which was acquired by NTT[11] in 2012.[12] He subsequently served as the CEO for NTT's operations in India. Co-founder Anindya Das previously served as the Head of Research & Development at NTT.
The company was established to provide the specialised infrastructure and platforms required for the increasing enterprise adoption of AI.[13]

Funding
Neysa has raised a total of $50 million across two major funding rounds led by Matrix Partners India, Nexus Venture Partners, and NTTVC.[14] Following its October 2024 funding, the company was valued at approximately $130 million and was designated for strengthening its technology stack and expanding its infrastructure.
