Nine Bodies in a Mexican Morgue is a British thriller television series created and written by Anthony Horowitz. The series premiered on 2 March 2025, on MGM+[2] and will have a later release on BBC One.

Premise
Following an air disaster, nine strangers are marooned in a Mexican jungle. However, when they start dying one by one, the survivors must solve the mystery of who is killing them off.

Production
The project originally was developed by Anthony Horowitz in 2020 with Blumhouse Television for the short form platform Quibi.[4] The six-part ensemble limited series is written, created and executive produced by Horowitz and produced by Eleventh Hour Films. Alongside Horowitz, the series has Jill Green and Eve Gutierrez as executive producers for Eleventh Hour Films.[5]
Filming commenced on the Canary Islands in mid-2024.[6]

The series premiered on March 2, 2025 on MGM+ in the United States.[2]
