Okoneshnikovsky District

Okoneshnikovsky District (Russian: Оконе́шниковский райо́н) is an administrative^[1] and municipal^[5] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,100 square kilometers (1,200 sq mi).^[2] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Okoneshnikovo.^[1] Population: 14,791 (2010 Census);^[3] 17,280 (2002 Census);^[7] 19,744 (1989 Soviet census).^[8] The population of Okoneshnikovo accounts for 35.2% of the district's total population.^[3]
