Omar Mohammed Rashid Al-Malki (Arabic: عُمَر مُحَمَّد رَاشِد الْمَالِكِيّ; born 4 January 1994) is an Omani professional footballer who plays as a forward for Al-Seeb Club and the Oman national team.

Career

Al-Malki began his senior career with Al-Seeb Club in the Oman Professional League in 2014. On 17 August 2016, he moved to Al-Shabab, and followed that up with a stint at Al-Nasr.[2] On 6 January 2020, he moved to Dhofar Clubwhere he won the 2020 and 2021 Sultan Qaboos Cup, and the 2020 Oman Super Cup.[3][4] On 10 October 2020, he extended his contract with Dhofar.[5] In 2022, he abroad for the first time with the Bahraini club Al-Riffa. After one season, he returned to Oman in 2023 with Al-Nahda.[6]

International

Al-Malki was first called up to the senior Oman national team in a friendly 1–0 win over Turkmenistan on 8 August 2016.[7] He was called up to the national team for the 24th Arabian Gulf Cup.[8] He was called up to the national team for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup.[9]
