Panorama Heights is a census-designated place (CDP) in Tulare County, California.[2] Panorama Heights sits at an elevation of 5,043 feet (1,537 m).[2] The 2020 United States census reported Panorama Heights's population was 44, up from 41 at the 2010 census.

The 2020 United States census reported that Panorama Heights had a population of 44. The population density was 92.6 inhabitants per square mile (35.8/km2). The racial makeup of Panorama Heights was 37 (84%) White, 0 (0%) African American, 0 (0%) Native American, 1 (2%) Asian, 0 (0%) Pacific Islander, 2 (5%) from other races, and 4 (9%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 5 persons (11%).[4]
