Panther Chan Lei (Chinese: 陳蕾; born 29 October 1990 at Guangzhou), earlier known as Grace Chan Lei, is a Hong Kong singer-songwriter. She joined the first season of Asian Millionstar [zh] organized by Asia Television in her 18th.

Chan was 3rd Runner up in the first season of Asian Millionstar [zh],[1] and released her debut song "Fever" (Chinese: 發燒) in 2016. She joined Warner Music Hong Kong in July 2019.

In 2011, Chan formed the band PaRT3 with three Japanese musicians: Iwamoto Yutaka (Robin), Sasaki Hideyuki (Tony) and Hanada Tetsuro.

In 2013, PaRT3 participated in the ONE OK ROCK competition and covered ONE OK ROCK's "Wherever you are".

In 2014, she participated in China's CCTV popular singing competition program "China Good Song" in 2014, and released her original song "Who Made Up Valentine's Day" which she composed and wrote the lyrics for. The song received high praise and began to attract the attention of mainland audiences.

In 2015, due to her participation in the ONE OK ROCK competition, Chan was invited to join Amuse, one of the largest artist management companies in Japan, and became the first signed singer of Amuse Hong Kong. Later, the large-scale music festival held every summer in Amuse "Amuse Fes 2015 BBQ inつまごい~义のビートを喰らえコラ! ~》as the opening performance and officially started his activities as a singer. On September 25 of the same year, Chen Lei recorded two versions of "Wish Upon a Star" (向星星許願), which was adapted from the popular song "Japanese bandflumpool" and her own original songs, in Cantonese and Mandarin respectively, and officially debuted with these four songs.

In 2016, Chan released his masterpieces "Fever" and "Upside Down". In May, due to disagreements with her agency, she peacefully terminated the contract in less than one year. Later, Chan she mentioned in an interview the termination of the contract was due to the restrictions on social media and music style.

At the end of 2023, Chan won the first "Gold Award for Ultimate Female Singers" in her singing career and 3 more awards at the Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation 2023 [zh], let her be the winner of that award.[2]
