Patrick Brouwer (born 19 March 2001) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a forward for Eredivisie side SC Telstar.

Career
He is from Leiden, in South Holland. When he was twelve years-old he played youth football for Alphense Boys before joining up with Sparta Rotterdam after a year, where he initially played as a midfielder before being adapted into a wide forward. He made his professional debut for Sparta during the 2022-23 season, but later played on loan at FC Emmen, where he also played at right-back due to injuries in the squad, scoring 4 goals in 32 appearances in the 2023-24 season.[2][3] He later played in the Tweede Divisie with Quick Boys, for whom he was top scorer during the 2024-25 season.[4][3]
SC Telstar
In June 2025, Brouwer joined SC Telstar on a three-year contract following their promotion to the Eredivisie. [3] He made his league debut on 10 August 2025 away against AFC Ajax in a 2-0 defeat in the club's first Eredivisie match since 1978, and began brightly with Brouwer hitting the post.[5] He scored his first league goal for the club with the second in a 2-2 draw against FC Volendam on 23 August.[6] He also scored the second the following week as Telstar secured a suprise 2-0 win away at PSV Eindhoven.[7][8]
