Patrick Sidney Libo Simondac[1] (born November 11, 1989), known as Patrick Starrr, is an American make-up artist and social media influencer. He launched a collection in collaboration with MAC Cosmetics in 2017,[2] and a clothing collection in 2021.[3]
Starrr is the host of the interview podcast Say Yas to the Guest[4] and served as a guest judge on the reality competition series Drag Race Philippines, the prize package for which includes a one-year supply of ONE/SIZE Beauty Cosmetics from Starrr.[5]
In September 2017, Starr won in the "Beauty" category at that year's Streamy Awards.[6] Two years later Starr won in the "Fashion" category at the 9th Streamy Awards.[7]
In May 2023, he partnered with Jools Lebron on a beauty campaign.[8]
On September 29, 2023, Starr was telecast judge of the 72nd Miss USA pageant held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada.

Early life
Starrr was raised in Orlando, Florida, the son of Filipino immigrants Arnulfo and Lenee Simondac.[9][10] Patrick grew up Catholic.[11] He started losing his hair at age 14 so he began wearing head-wraps and turbans.[12] Starrr worked at a makeup store after high school.[11]
