Pesan (Persian: پسان)^[a] is a village in Targavar Rural District^[5] of Silvaneh District in Urmia County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 402 in 76 households.^[6] The following census in 2011 counted 355 people in 79 households.^[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 354 people in 79 households.^[3]
