Peter Hertford Drummond (21 August 1931 – 10 December 2013) was an Australian politician. Born in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, he moved to Western Australia where he farmed at Mount Barker before entering politics.
In 1972, he was elected to the Australian House of Representatives as the Liberal member for Forrest, defeating one-term Labor member Frank Kirwan. While he trailed Kirwan for most of the night, Drummond defeated him on the final count after the preferences of former Country state MP David Reid flowed overwhelmingly to Drummond.[1] He held the seat until his retirement in 1987.[2]
Drummond died on 10 December 2013[3] in Albany, Western Australia.[4]
