Plain and Bordered White Banner[2] (Mongolian: ᠰᠢᠯᠤᠭᠤᠨ ᠬᠥᠪᠡᠭᠡᠲᠦ ᠴᠠᠭᠠᠨ ᠬᠣᠰᠢᠭᠤ; Chinese: 正镶白旗), alternatively Zhengxiangbai Banner in Chinese or Xulun Hobot Qagan Banner in Mongolian, is a banner (administrative division) of Inner Mongolia, China, bordering Hebei province to the south. It is under the administration of Xilin Gol League.
