Overview

The PrashantAdvait Foundation operates as a registered non-profit entity headquartered in India. It serves as a platform for disseminating Acharya Prashant’s teachings, which emphasize the practical application of spiritual wisdom from the Upanishads[5][6], the Bhagavad Gita[7], and Vedanta philosophy in modern life.[8][9]

Through public lectures, workshops, and online learning programs, the foundation encourages individuals to develop critical thinking and self-inquiry by questioning societal conditioning, consumerism, and rigid belief systems.[10]

The organization is also involved in animal rights[11], Veganism, and environmental sustainability initiatives[8], reflecting Acharya Prashant’s holistic view of compassion and ecological responsibility.[12][13]

Activities and collaborations

The foundation conducts public lectures, spiritual retreats, and annual educational events such as the Vedanta Mahotsav at IIT Delhi[14][15][16]. It has also organized large-scale scripture-based examinations, including what was reported as the largest Bhagavad Gita exam in India.[17]

In 2025, PrashantAdvait Foundation partnered with PVR INOX Limited[18], one of India’s leading cinema chains, to host live sessions and discourses by Acharya Prashant in theatres across several Indian cities.[19][20][21]
