Puthu Paatu (transl. New song) is a 1990 Indian Tamil-language film written and directed by Panchu Arunachalam, and produced by Ilaiyaraaja who also composed the music. The film stars Ramarajan, Vaidegi, Suma and Rajeev. It was released on 17 October 1990.[1][2]

Soundtrack
The music was composed by Ilaiyaraaja.[3] The song "Ich Liebe Dich" is entirely in German.[4] "Nethu Oruthara Oruthara" is a fusion song, blending electronic funk with Carnatic music instruments.[5]
