Puurmani is a small borough (Estonian: alevik) in Jõgeva County, Estonia, in Põltsamaa Parish. As of the 2011 census, the settlement's population was 514.[1]
Some of Europe's last woolly mammoths inhabited the Puurmani area as recently as 10,000 BP.[2][3]
Puurmani contains Puurmani manor, a historical manor recognized by the Estonian government as a cultural heritage object. It is currently occupied by a school.[4]
