Runga raroa is a species of Physoglenidae spider endemic to New Zealand.[1]

Taxonomy
This species was described in 1990 by Ray Forster from male and female specimens. The holotype is stored in Otago Museum.[1]
Description
The male is recorded at 3.86mm in length whereas the female is 3.61mm. The male carapace is yellow brown with dark band dorsally (absent in the female).[1]
Distribution
This species is only known from Stewart Island, New Zealand.[1]
Conservation status
Under the New Zealand Threat Classification System, this species is listed as "Naturally Uncommon" with the qualifier of "Range Restricted".[2]
