Ryan William Van Demark (born March 22, 1998) is an American professional football offensive tackle for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the UConn Huskies.[1]

Van Demark grew up in Wayne, New Jersey, and played prep football and volleyball at Wayne Valley High School. After graduating in 2016, he spent a postgraduate year at the Hun School of Princeton to help further develop his skills as a football player before starting college.[2]

Van Demark started 43 games for the UConn Huskies, most of them coming at left tackle.[3]

Professional career

After not being selected in the 2022 NFL draft, Van Demark signed with the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent.[5] However Van Demark, was waived during final roster cuts.[6] But he later signed with to the Buffalo Bills practice squad.[7] On January 23, 2023, Van Demark signed a reserve/future contract with the Bills.[8]

Van Demark made the Bills' initial 53-man roster for the 2023 season.[9] He appeared in 12 games in the 2023 season.[10] He appeared in 14 games and started two in the 2024 season.[11]
