Perspective
In 2005 Windsor filmed the pilot for the future Flavor of Love. In 2006 she participated in the second season of the show. Shortly after entering the house she got in to a physical altercation with fellow contestant Renee "H-Town" Austin. The altercation began after Austin believed Windsor had stolen the bed she'd claimed for herself.[7] Austin then assaulted Windsor by throwing a bouquet of roses in Windsor's face, which had been given to her by Flavor Flav. After the fight Austin called Windsor racial slurs and claimed that the house was not the "streets of Compton". Famously after the fight, Windsor offered Austin "lip chap" after Austin and Windsor were separated from the rest of the house, Windsor also apologized to God, before being interrupted by Austin. It was decided by Flavor Flav that Windsor initiated the altercation and she was sent home and disqualified from the competition less than an hour into filming. After her memorable appearance on Flavor of Love, Windsor appeared on The Tyra Banks Show.
In 2007 Windsor took part in VH1 spin-off Flavor of Love: Charm School. The show featured thirteen of the most memorable Flavor of Love contestants competing for a $50,000 prize. The show featured challenges which were set in place to help the girls redeem their image from their respective Flavor of Love seasons. Windsor won the show[8] and as a final gift, Charm School headmistress, Mo'Nique would give Windsor back her UGG boots, which Windsor had donated during a challenge. In 2007 she also made a guest appearance in an episode of the Comedy Central Roast of Flavor Flav. In 2008 Windsor made a guest appearance in the third season of Flavor of Love alongside Becky "Buckwild" Johnston as a judge in one of the competitions. She was also a contestant on the game-show Hole in the Wall.
In 2009 Windsor was a contestant on the second season of VH1 spin-off show I Love Money. Windsor placed fifth after being automatically eliminated in the season finale after placing last in the challenge, becoming the "dead-last-loser". Windsor appeared in all episodes, except the reunion special due to legal issues. Her most notable moment from the show came from when she faked fainting to avoid being put in the bottom three, to be at risk of elimination.
She appeared on an episode of Botched in 2014.

Legal issues
During the filming of Flavor of Love season 2, Windsor was on the run from the law. After her altercation with Austin she was hoping the police were not called by production as she had a warrant out for her arrest.
In January 2009, Windsor was sentenced to three years in prison after failing to show up for a November 2005 court date, for forgery charges.[9] She served 20 months of her sentence and was released in August 2010.[9]
