Sealey Lynne Strawn (born October 1, 2007) is an American soccer player who plays as a forward for USL Super League club Dallas Trinity. She is committed to play college soccer for the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Early life
Strawn grew up in the Dallas suburb of Prosper, Texas, and followed her older brother into soccer when she was three years old. She joined Solar SC around the age of 13 and helped the club to ECNL national championships in 2021 and 2023.[2][3] At 5 feet 3 inches (1.60 m), she considers Lionel Messi her favorite player and a role model.[4] In her junior year of high school, she committed to play college soccer for the North Carolina Tar Heels, which she is set to join in 2026.[5][6]

Club career
Dallas Trinity
Strawn joined Dallas Trinity FC on an academy contract (allowing her to retain her college eligibility) ahead of the USL Super League's inaugural season.[4][7] Her debut came in a club friendly against Barcelona at the Cotton Bowl.[8] She made her first USL Super League appearance as a halftime substitute against Brooklyn FC on September 25, 2024.[9] On November 1, 2024, she scored her first professional goal in the 87th minute against Fort Lauderdale United, helping the team to a 1–0 victory.[10] Strawn made sizable contributions throughout the season as Trinity's third-highest scorer with 4 goals and 2 assists in 19 appearances (7 starts) and was named the league's inaugural Young Player of the Year.[11]

International career
Strawn played for the United States under-15 team in 2022 and was called up to train at the under-19 level in 2024.[12][13] She made her under-20 debut at the 2025 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship, scoring one goal in two games.[11]
