Seghosen is a type of traditional Yoruba woven cloth of the Owo in Ondo state.[1] Seghosen is characterized by its pattern designs and commonly of Orange and reddish colour and sometimes green. It has vibrant colors and intricate patterns. It is a highly valued cloth in Owo Kingdom and is the most expensive traditional cloth made in Owo.[2] [3]Seghosen fabric is often used in the creation of various traditional Yoruba garments and accessories. The fabric's durability and beauty make it a popular choice for special occasions such as weddings, festivals, meeting with top politicians, and other significant cultural events.
