Semblant is a Brazilian melodic death metal band.

Quick Facts Background information, Origin ...

Semblant is a Brazilian metal band known for their powerful blend of melodic death and gothic metal. Formed in 2006 in Curitiba, Brazil, when singer Sergio Mazul and keyboardist "Guto" (J. Augusto) joined forces to create music that featured all the dark and aggressive elements they appreciated and loved in metal music. The group established itself with the addition of Mizuho Lin (vocals), Juliano Ribeiro (guitar), Welyntom "Thor" Sikora (drums) and Johann Piper (bass) to the band. They quickly gained recognition for their intense live performances and hauntingly atmospheric music.

Their music is characterized by intricate guitar work, symphonic elements, and dark, emotive lyrics that delve into themes of inner turmoil, despair and human nature. With a dedicated fanbase worldwide, Semblant continues to captivate audiences with their dynamic sound and theatrical stage presence, solidifying their position in the international metal scene.[1]
