Shabir Ahmad Kullay

Shabir Ahmad Kullay (born; c. 1961) is an Indian politician and advocate,^[1] serving as a member of the Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly, representing Shopian constituency since 8 October 2024.^[2][3] He participated in the 2024 assembly elections as an independent candidate.^[1][4]
