Shota Kawanishi (川西 翔太, born October 28, 1988) is a Japanese football player for Kamatamare Sanuki, on loan from Kataller Toyama.

Career

Kawanishi made his debut for Montedio Yamagata on 2 March 2014, against Shonan Bellmare.[1] He scored his first goal for Montedio against Roasso Kumamoto, on 20 April 2014, scoring in the 83rd minute.[2]

Kawanishi made his debut for Oita Trinita against Tokyo Verdy on 5 March 2017.[3] Shota scored his first goal for Oita against Fagiano Okayama, scoring in the 35th minute.[4]

Kawanishi made his debut for Gifu against Renofa Yamaguchi on 22 June 2019.[5] He scored his first goals for Gifu on 6 July 2019, scoring a brace against Avispa Fukuoka.[6]

Kawanishi made his debut for Kataller against Ehime FC on the 13 March 2022.[7] He scored his first goal for Kataller against Gainare Tottori, scoring in the 6th minute.[8]

Kawanishi made his debut for Kamatamare on 23 July 2023.[9] He scored his first goal for Kamatamare on 15 October 2023, scoring in the 6th minute.[10]
