Silvina Moschini (born 1972, Azul, Argentina) is an Argentine entrepreneur, investor, and advocate for economic development and digital assets innovation.[1] She became the first Latin American woman to lead a company to “Unicorn” status when Transparent Business, her remote workforce management company reached a valuation of US1B dollars.[2]

She is founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Unicoin,[3] a public reporting company and CEO of Unicorns Inc.[4] She is also the producer of the investment reality series Unicorn Hunters.[5][6]

Early life and education
Moschini was born in Azul, Argentina.[7] She holds a BA in Public Relations Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (Buenos Aires, Argentina), a degree in Marketing from New York University, and a Masters in Public Relations from the University of Houston, Texas. She had further studies were in Management and Social Networking Web Communications at the Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione and at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, both in Milan, Italy.[8]

The beginnings of Moschini’s career trace back to the corporate sector.[9][10] She led the Latin American Public Relations department of Compaq, held positions at Patagon.com and Grupo Santander Central Hispano before becoming vice president of corporate communications for Visa International.[11]
Then, she co-founded Transparent Business a platform for managing remote teams with transparency and accountability.[12] In 2020, it reached unicorn status, making her the first Latina entrepreneur to achieve a billion-dollar valuation.[13]
Unicorn Hunters & Media innovation
Moschini launched Unicorn Hunters, serving as executive producer and panelist.[14][15] Unicorn Hunters debuted in 2021 as a reality television series where experts stress-test entrepreneurs to evaluate potential billion-dollar companies, aiming to democratize access to wealth.[16]
The judging panel includes figures alongside Silvina Moschini: Steve Wozniak, Moe Vela, Lance Bass, Alex Konanykhin, Scott Livingston and Rosie Rios.[17]
Digital Assets – Unicoin
In 2022, Moschini launched Unicoin, a company committed to setting the highest standards of transparency in the digital asset industry through more transparent public reporting and audited financials.[18][19] She has highlighted Unicoin’s role in financial inclusion, particularly for women.[20][21]
Advocacy & Women’s Economic Empowerment
Moschini highlights the potential of tokenization and Web3 technologies to reduce the gender investment gap and foster financial autonomy.[22][23]
She launched Unicoin Women, a program providing educational content, community support, and investment guidance specifically for women.[24][25]
Moschini has been the only standout entrepreneur in W20 Argentina, the G20 advisory group on gender-inclusive economic growth, and she was also a special guest at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2022 and in 2019.[26] She has served as a judge for the Entrepreneurship World Cup for the past three years.[26]
