History

Origin

The SUN was founded by a group of individuals who broke away from the African National Congress (ANC) primarily led by Rashid Gutta.[4][1][5]

The party's vision is to create a nation founded on integrity, justice, and equal opportunities for all, where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.[4]
