Sotiris Liberopoulos (Greek: Σωτήρης Λυμπερόπουλος; born 29 June 1977) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper.[1]

Club career
Sotiris Liberopoulos was born in Filiatra in western Messinia and began his career from the local team Erani Filiatra alongside his cousin, Nikos.
Later on, he played with Kalamata where he became one of the most famous players and entered the U-21 team. With Kalamata, he began his debut in the first division on 14 January 1996 against Apollon Athens at Rizoupoli.
He also played by transcription with other teams including Ethnikos Piraeus, AEK Athens, the Belgian team La Louvière, Akratitos, Kastoria and from 2007 with Xanthi.
