The design was built by Sovereign Yachts in the United States, starting in 1982, but it is now out of production.^[1][2][3][4]

Design

The Sovereign 26 is a recreational keelboat, built predominantly of fiberglass. It has a masthead sloop rig and a fixed fin keel. It displaces 3,200 lb (1,451 kg) and carries 1,000 lb (454 kg) of ballast.^[1][2]

The boat has a draft of 2.17 ft (0.66 m) with the standard shoal draft keel.^[1][2]
