Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport (IATA: BMU, ICAO: WADB), also known as Bima Airport,[1] is a public airport located approximately 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) to the south of the city of Bima, on the island of Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.
The airport was previously known as Palibelo Airport (IATA: PBW, ICAO: WRRB); however, that name was discontinued by IATA[2] when the airport was renamed after Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin, the last king of the Bima Sultanate.
