Tania McCartney

Tania McCartney is an Australian author, illustrator, editor and designer.^[1]

Biography

She is perhaps most known for over 65 books for children. She has also written books for adults.^[2]

McCartney hosts a podcast called The Happy Book.^[3] She is the founder of a book review website, Kids' Book Review.^[4] She also founded the 52-Week Illustration Challenge, a Facebook group with thousands of members, which ran from 2014-2018.^[5][6]

She has written for various publications, including The Sydney Morning Herald^[7][8] Tickle the Imagination,^[9] Australian Women Online,^[10] and Beijing Kids.^[11]
