Theresa Ibas

Theresa Ibas is a Nigerian barrister who is currently representing the First Lady of Rivers State as the wife of the Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas who was appointed the role by the president of the federal republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu on 18th March 2025.^[1][2]
