Production

On May 18, 2022, it was announced that Foxx, De Niro, Eastwood and Leguizamo were cast in the film.^[3] On May 26, 2022, it was announced that Anderson joined the cast.^[4] On June 7, 2022, it was announced that Ora, Arnezeder, Taghmaoui and Bicicchi were added to the cast.^[5] On November 2, 2022, it was revealed that Chris Hajian would compose the score for the film.^[6]

Filming began in Thessaloniki in May 2022 and in Drama in June 2022, with Tim Maurice-Jones serving as the cinematographer.^[7][8]

Release

In May 2025, Samuel Goldwyn Films acquired North American distribution rights to the film.^[9] It is set to be released in theaters across the United States on 12 September 2025, with a digital release to follow on 30 September.^[10]
