Following the building's inauguration in 2015, it became the workplace of more than 1,000 employees from the Belgian Federal Pensions Service (FPS), and is thus also called Le Centre de Finances. In 2022, it was announced in the media that the tower was underoccupied due to the generalization of homeworking that started during the COVID-19 pandemic in Belgium.[3]
