The Trade with France Act 1704 (3 & 4 Ann. c. 12)[a] was an act passed by the Parliament of England that prohibited the importation of French goods into England.[1] France and Spain were on opposite sides in the War of the Spanish Succession at the time.

Subsequent developments
The whole act was repealed by section 1 of, and the schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1867 (30 & 31 Vict. c. 59).
