Trichostrongylus affinis

Trichostrongylus affinis is a species of parasitic nematode in the genus Trichostrongylus. It primarily infects cottontails (Sylvilagus), but has also been found in the hispid cotton rat (Sigmodon hispidus)[1] and the marsh rice rat (Oryzomys palustris).[2]
