Tymazoline

Tymazoline (trade name Thymazen in Poland) is a nasal decongestant that can be used to treat rhinitis.^[1] It acts as an antihistaminic and sympathomimetic, reducing swelling, inflammation and mucosal secretions.^[2][3]
