Vladimir Stepanovich Karanik (Russian: Владимир Степанович Караник; born 8 January 1973) is a Belarusian politician serving as deputy prime minister since 2025.[1] Previously, he was governor of the Grodno Region (2020–2025)[2] and minister of health (2018–2020).[3]
In 2020–2021 Karanik was added to the sanctions lists of the European Union,[4] the United Kingdom,[5] Switzerland[6] and Canada.[7]
