Voyager Technologies (formerly Voyager Space Holdings, Inc.) is an American public space technology company. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, it specializes in space infrastructure, technology solutions, and commercial space exploration.[3] On June 10, 2025, Voyager became public via an initial public offering.[4]

History
Voyager was founded in 2019 by Dylan Taylor and Matthew Kuta.[2]
In 2021, it acquired Altius Space Machines, Pioneer Astronautics, The Launch Company, NanoRacks, and Valley Tech Systems.[citation needed] Space Micro was also acquired in January 2022.[citation needed]
In March 2023, Zin Technologies was acquired by Voyager.[5]
The company became public in June 2025 after raising $382.8 million in its IPO.[4]

Commercial space projects
Starlab space station
In collaboration with Airbus, Voyager is developing Starlab, a commercial space station intended to support scientific research and commercial activities in low Earth orbit.[6]
