The Yangon Adventist Seminary (YAS) is a Christian institution owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church since 1975.[1] It is opened to young people who want to study in a Christian atmosphere. Non-Christian students who can make the agreement to follow the rules and regulations of the school may be accepted.[2] YAS is accredited by the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist School, Colleges, and Universities(AAA), Maryland, USA.[citation needed]
