Jay Allen
Jay Frederick Allen II (born November 22, 2002) is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Cincinnati Reds organization. Listed at 6 feet 3 inches (1.91 m) and 190 pounds (86 kg), he bats and throws right-handed.
Allen played high school baseball, football, and basketball at John Carroll Catholic High School in Fort Pierce, Florida.[1][2] Allen committed to play college baseball for the Florida Gators.[3]
Allen was selected in the 2021 Major League Baseball draft by the Cincinnati Reds as the final selection of the first round; he was the 30th player selected and the Reds' second selection of the first round, as the Reds had received a compensatory pick due to the Los Angeles Dodgers signing Trevor Bauer.[4][5] Allen signed with the Reds on July 20, 2021, for a $2.4 million signing bonus.[6]
Allen made his professional debut with the Rookie-level Arizona Complex League Reds, slashing .328/.440/.557 with three home runs, 11 RBIs, and 14 stolen bases over 19 games.[7] He opened the 2022 season with the Daytona Tortugas of the Single-A Florida State League.[8]

Edwin Arroyo
Edwin Zaed Arroyo (born August 25, 2003) is a Puerto Rican professional baseball shortstop in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Arroyo attended Arecibo Baseball Academy in Arecibo, Puerto Rico before coming to the United States to attend Central Pointe Christian Academy in Kissimmee, Florida for his senior season.[9]
Arroyo was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the second round of the 2021 Major League Baseball draft.[10] He made his professional debut that August with the Arizona Complex League Mariners. He started 2022 with the Modesto Nuts.[11][12]
On July 29, 2022, the Mariners traded Arroyo, Noelvi Marte, Andrew Moore, and Levi Stoudt to the Reds for pitcher Luis Castillo.[13] He won the 2023 Midwest League Top MLB Prospect Award with the Dayton Dragons.[14]
On March 20, 2024, Arroyo underwent season-ending surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder. The injury occurred when he dove back to a base on a pickoff attempt during spring training.[15]

Alfredo Duno
Alfredo Enrique Duno (born January 7, 2006) is a Venezuelan professional baseball catcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Duno signed with the Cincinnati Reds as an international free agent in January 2023.[16][17] He made his professional debut that year with the Dominican Summer League Reds.[18]
Duno played 2024 with the Daytona Tortugas.

Ty Floyd
Joseph Tyson Floyd (born August 28, 2001) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Floyd grew up in Rockmart, Georgia and attended Rockmart High School.[19] He was named the Class 7AA Georgia Player of the Year as a junior after posting a 10–1 record with a 0.57 ERA and 127 strikeouts.[20]
Floyd made 20 pitching appearances, all in relief, during his freshman season with the LSU Tigers and had a 4.44 ERA and 39 strikeouts over 24+1⁄3 innings pitched.[21] After the season, he played summer collegiate baseball for the Bristol State Liners of the Appalachian League.[22] Floyd pitched in 16 games with 10 starts as a sophomore and went 5–4 with a 3.77 ERA and 70 strikeouts.[23] Floyd finished his junior season with a 7–0 record and 4.35 ERA with 120 strikeouts as LSU won the 2023 Men's College World Series (MCWS).[24] He set a MCWS record with 17 strikeouts in the first game of the finals against Florida.[25]
Floyd was selected by the Cincinnati Reds with the 38th pick of the 2023 Major League Baseball draft. He signed with the Reds on July 16, 2023 for $2,097,500.[26] On July 6, 2025, Floyd was placed on the full-season injured list ending his season.

Luke Hayden
Luke Michael Hayden (born December 5, 2002) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Hayden attended Edgewood High School in Ellettsville, Indiana, where he played baseball and graduated in 2021.[27][28] He went unselected in the 2021 Major League Baseball draft and enrolled at Indiana University to play college baseball for the Indiana Hoosiers. After two seasons at Indiana, he transferred to Indiana State University to play for the Sycamores.[29] In his lone season for the Sycamores in 2024, Hayden started 16 games and went 7-2 with a 3.81 ERA and 91 strikeouts over 78 innings.[30] He was then selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the eighth round of the 2024 Major League Baseball draft.[31][32] He signed for $197,500, forgoing his commitment to transfer to Louisiana State University.[33]
After signing, Hayden made his professional debut with the Daytona Tortugas, appearing in four games for the season.[34] In 2025, Hayden was a non-roster invitee to spring training and was named to Cincinnati's Spring Breakout roster.[35] He was assigned to the Dayton Dragons to open the season.[36]

Luke Holman
Luke Kenneth Holman (born January 6, 2003) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Holman attended Wilson High School in West Lawn, Pennsylvania, where he played baseball. As a senior in 2021, he pitched to a 7–1 record, a 0.88 ERA, and 113 strikeouts over 55+2⁄3 innings.[37] He was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 20th round of the 2021 Major League Baseball draft, but did not sign and instead enrolled at the University of Alabama to play college baseball for the Alabama Crimson Tide.[38][39]
As a freshman at Alabama in 2022, Holman appeared in 15 games in relief, going 0–2 with a 5.68 ERA over 19 innings.[40] He moved into the starting rotation as a sophomore in 2023 and went 7–4 with a 3.67 ERA over 15 starts.[41] After the season, he transferred to Louisiana State University (LSU) for the 2024 season.[42][43] Holman started 16 games and went 9–4 with a 2.75 ERA and 127 strikeouts over 91+2⁄3 innings.[44] He was selected to play for the Team USA Collegiate National Baseball Team.[45]
Holman was selected by the Cincinnati Reds with the 71st overall pick in the 2024 Major League Baseball draft.[46] On July 23, 2024, Holman signed with the Reds on a contract worth $997,000.[47] He made his professional debut in 2025 with the Daytona Tortugas.[48] After two starts, he was placed on the 7-day injured list before being transferred to the full-season injured list, thus ending his season.[49]
Holman was diagnosed with anaplastic large-cell lymphoma when he was seven and underwent chemotherapy for one year before returning to baseball.[50]

Tyson Lewis
Tyson John Lewis (born January 10, 2006) is an American professional baseball shortstop in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Lewis attended Millard West High School in Omaha, Nebraska.[51] As a senior, he was the Nebraska Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year after hitting .496 with eight home runs, 41 runs batted in (RBI) and 31 stolen bases.[52]
Lewis was selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the second round of the 2024 Major League Baseball draft.[53][54] He made his professional debut in 2025 with the Arizona Complex League Reds.[55]

Zach Maxwell
Zachary Thomas Maxwell (born January 26, 2001) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Maxwell attended North Paulding High School in Dallas, Georgia. He was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 30th round of the 2019 Major League Baseball draft but did not sign with them and played college baseball at Georgia Tech.[56] In 2021, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Chatham Anglers of the Cape Cod Baseball League.[57]
After three years at Georgia Tech, Maxwell was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the sixth round of the 2022 MLB draft.[58] He signed with the Reds and spent his first professional season with the Arizona Complex League Reds and Daytona Tortugas. Maxwell started 2023 with Daytona before being promoted to the Dayton Dragons. After the season, he played in the Arizona Fall League.[59]

Héctor Rodríguez
Héctor Junior Rodríguez (born March 11, 2004) is a Dominican professional baseball outfielder in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Rodríguez signed with the New York Mets as an international free agent in January 2021. He made his professional debut that season with the Dominican Summer League Mets.
On July 28, 2022 the Mets traded Rodríguez and Jose Acuña to the Cincinnati Reds for Tyler Naquin and Phillip Diehl.[60] He started his Reds career that year with the Arizona Complex League Reds and Daytona Tortugas. In 2023, he played with Daytona and the Dayton Dragons.[61][62]
Rodríguez played 2024 with Dayton and started 2025 with the Chattanooga Lookouts.[63]

Sammy Stafura
Samuel Stafura (born November 15, 2004) is an American professional baseball shortstop in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Stafura grew up in Cortlandt Manor, New York and attended Walter Panas High School 2019–2023.[64] He was named the New York Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year as a senior.[65] Stafura committed to play college baseball at Clemson.[66]
Stafura was selected by the Cincinnati Reds with the 43rd overall pick in the 2023 Major League Baseball draft.[67] He signed with the team on July 17, 2023, and received an over-slot signing bonus of $2.497 million.[68]

Sal Stewart
Salvatore Maxwell Stewart (born December 7, 2003) is an American professional baseball third baseman and second baseman in the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Stewart attended Westminster Christian School in Palmetto Bay, Florida where he played baseball. As a senior in 2022, he batted .514 with nine home runs, 23 RBIs, and 13 doubles.[69] He ended his high school career playing 91 games while recording a .488 batting average, thirty home runs, 95 RBIs, and 31 doubles.[70] After his senior year, he was named to the 2022 All-USA Today HSSA Baseball Team.[71] He committed to play college baseball at Vanderbilt University.[72]
Stewart was selected by the Cincinnati Reds with the 32nd overall selection of the 2022 Major League Baseball draft.[73][74] He signed with the team for $2.1 million.[75]
Stewart made his professional debut with the Arizona Complex League Reds with whom he batted .295 over eight games.[76] He was assigned to the Daytona Tortugas to open the 2023 season.[77] In early August, he was promoted to the Dayton Dragons.[78] Over 117 games between the two teams, Stewart batted .275 with 12 home runs and 71 RBIs.[79] Stewart was assigned back to for the 2024 season.[80] Over eighty games, Stewart hit .279 with eight home runs and 46 RBIs before his season was ended in July with a wrist injury.[81] He was assigned to the Chattanooga Lookouts to open the 2025 season.[82] In July, he was promoted to the Louisville Bats.[83] He was selected to represent the Reds (alongside Alfredo Duno) at the 2025 All-Star Futures Game at Truist Park.[84]
