Zhang Guocheng (general)

Zhang Guocheng is a Chinese military officer currently serving as the political commissar and Party Committee secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Military District.^[1] He holds the rank of Rear Admiral in the People's Liberation Army Navy and is a member of the Chinese Communist Party.

Zhang previously served as the political commissar of a PLA unit before being appointed as the political commissar of the Jiangsu Provincial Military District.
