  1. a (minor) wound (with breaking of the skin, usually from fighting)
    En av poliserna fick en mindre blessyr i ansiktet vid bråket
    One of the police officers received a minor wound to the face during the fight
    Det är bara en blessyr. Han kan snart spela igen.
    It's just a scratch. He'll soon be able to play again.
