Etymology
The meanings of "fifty" and "mountain" may ultimately stem from the same etymology; see Coupe (2007:116) for discussion. Mongsen distinguishes the two senses by aspiration contrast, with the initial t being aspirated for "fifty" but not in "mountain".
Bruhn lists the two meanings in separate entries, however, probably due to the aspiration distinction in Mongsen.
