Los premios internacionales de matemáticos son distinciones concedidas por varias fundaciones, asociaciones e instituciones, a los matemáticos por sus aportaciones a la disciplina.
No hay premio Nobel de matemáticas, pero la medalla Fields esta considerada sin embargo, como una distinción del mismo valor.

Entre los premios científicos que no son únicamente para matemáticos, están: El premio Crafoord, las medallas del CNRS en Francia, el premio Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz en Alemania, la medalla Lomonossov en Rusia.
