Samantha Spiro (Mill Hill, Londres, 20 de junio de 1968) es una actriz inglesa de teatro, cine, radio y televisión.[4][5]

Egresada del Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art,[6] ha recibido diversos reconocimientos en el ámbito teatral, entre ellos el Premio Laurence Olivier en la categoría mejor actriz en un musical por su rol en la obra Merrily We Roll Along estrenada en el Donmar Warehouse en el año 2001[1] y a la mejor actriz en un musical o espectáculo de entretenimiento por su rol en la obra Dolly! estrenada en el Regent’s Park Open Air en el año 2010.[2]

En televisión, recibió el British Comedy Awards a la mejor actriz revelación de comedia en 2010 por su trabajo en Grandma's House.[3] En radio, ha realizado diversos papeles en radioteatro para la BBC Radio 7.
