Borštšiv (ukraina Борщів, poola Borszczów) on linn Ternopili oblastis, Borštšivi rajooni halduskeskus. Borštšiv asub Ternopilist umbes 91 km lõunakagus.

Borštšivit on esmamainitud 1456. aastal, Magdeburgi linnaõigused sai 1629. aastal. Aastatel 1672–1699 oli linn Osmanite riigi võimu all, seejärel läks Poolale tagasi. Esimese Poola jagamise tagajärjel läks linn 1772. aastal Austria keisririigi koosseisu. 1919–1939 kuulus linn Poolale. 1939. aastal hõivas linna Punaarmee ja mõni aeg hiljem annekteeriti Borštšiv Nõukogude Liidu koosseisu. Saksa okupatsioon kestis Borštšivis 7. juulist 1941 kuni 6. aprillini 1944.[1]
Ukraina 2001. aasta rahvaloenduse andmetel oli Borštšivi elanikest ukrainlasi 97,63%, venelasi 1,50%, poolakaid 0,37%, armeenlasi 0,16% ja valgevenelasi 0,12%.[2]
